Integrity of Records
Cushi maintains:
- Version bound instruction records
- Timestamped acknowledgements
- Logged system events relevant to instruction integrity
Acknowledgement records are not retrospectively altered.
Data Protection
- Cushi handles personal and organisational data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Cushi does not sell personal data.
- Operational data is processed only for the purpose of providing the service and meeting legal obligations.
