1. PURPOSE
This Framework describes how Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd manages risks associated with Artificial Intelligence functionality within Cushi.app.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Data Security and Protection Policy, Terms of Use, and any AI Transparency Notice.
Cushi.app operates primarily under Australian law and implements AI risk controls proportionate to the nature and impact of its AI features.
This document does not represent certification under any external AI management standard unless expressly stated in writing.
2. SCOPE OF AI FUNCTIONALITY
AI functionality within Cushi.app is designed to assist users with:
- Drafting and clarifying instructions
- Improving readability and comprehension
- Supporting workflow efficiency
AI outputs are advisory in nature.
AI features do not independently create binding legal, employment, financial, or medical decisions.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY
Executive accountability for AI governance rests with the Chief Executive Officer of Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd.
Operational responsibility for AI related privacy, security, and risk considerations is allocated to relevant internal roles across technology, privacy, and risk management functions.
AI related risks are considered within the organisation’s broader risk management processes.
4. RISK BASED REVIEW
Before introducing or materially modifying AI functionality, Cushi.app considers:
- Intended use and user context
- Potential misuse scenarios
- Privacy and data handling implications
- Security risks
- Impact on individuals
Higher risk use cases may be subject to additional internal review prior to deployment.
5. HUMAN OVERSIGHT
AI outputs are advisory.
Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before reliance.
AI functionality does not replace human decision making.
Users retain the ability to modify or disregard AI generated suggestions.
6. DATA HANDLING AND MODEL USE
Customer Data is processed in accordance with applicable agreements and the Privacy Policy.
Customer Data is not used to train external foundation models unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where third party AI services are used:
- Providers are selected based on operational suitability
- Contractual safeguards are implemented where appropriate
- Data protection obligations are addressed in applicable agreements
7. SAFETY AND MISUSE CONTROLS
Cushi.app may implement safeguards designed to reduce misuse risk, including:
- Input and output filtering
- Usage monitoring for security purposes
- Rate limiting
- Logging of AI interactions consistent with privacy obligations
Safeguards are designed to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all potential misuse.
8. PROHIBITED USES
Cushi.app does not design or market its AI functionality for:
- Employment suitability or recruitment scoring
- Biometric identification or surveillance
- Medical or diagnostic decision making
- Financial credit assessment
- Political persuasion
- Automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects
Users are responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use of the Services.
9. INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
AI related incidents or misuse concerns may be reported to:

Confirmed incidents are handled in accordance with documented incident response procedures.
Where required by law or contract, affected parties may be notified.
10. RECORD KEEPING
Cushi.app may maintain documentation relevant to AI governance, including:
- Feature review notes
- Risk assessment records
- Security and privacy evaluation records
Documentation is retained in accordance with internal record management practices.
11. CONTINUOUS REVIEW
AI governance practices are reviewed periodically and may be enhanced in response to:
- Legal developments
- Operational experience
- Identified risk exposure
- Technological change
Enhancements are implemented proportionate to organisational scale and risk.
