A credit allows an organisation to send or assign one activity to one recipient, whether that person is an internal team member or an external contact.
Will resending an activity use another credit?
No. Resending the same activity to someone who has already been invited to it does not use another credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased Cushi credits do not expire, subject to applicable law.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. Additional credit packs can be purchased whenever your organisation needs them.
Is this a subscription?
No. The 10-credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not create a recurring subscription.
